What years were Rick TRC's produced with the Made in the U.S.A. inscription running parallel to the neck?

Thanks, Scott. Sorta gives some insight. I guess all of the 'raised' inscriptions have the Made in the U.S.A. inscription running horizontal to the neck. I just wondered if there were any other reasons, or periods of production, when the inscription was placed differently.
