Arrived today. It's in dire need of the Scratch-X and Zymöl treatment, but it sounds fantastic. My first Burgundyglo, what a great colour! Smashing little guitar this, really enjoyable to play.

Yeah really good fun. The extremes in volume between the up and down selector settings are interesting!

Yep! I've pretty much found the best setting is switch up, volume at 10, tone at 0 (it's a reverse pot).

+1 :D

I also quite like the thinner sound for playing without a plectrum, where it still cuts through, and with a plectrum for an Orange Juice/Postcard shrill tone.

Those 425 guitars are really nice, it was my first Rick, and I wish I still had it.

Congrats Mark! Great guitar... I must admit to admiring "minimalist" guitars - the 425, the LP Junior and the Esquire... one pickup, no frills.. fantastic!
