Most of the fakes I've seen in person--and all of the recently-made ones--have weak single coils.

I played a faker 325 the other day, spaghetti tailpiece and all and I agree, the Pickups were not Rickish at all... it kinda felt like particle board that had be finished in Listerine mint strips and dyed black.

Ooh. I know what you mean. And that cheesy Bigsby B5 knock-off on the guitar on the right doesn't do much to ease the pain, either.

they are quite adorable. that square bigsby style aka sg b5 looks awesome. what is the name on the trc? if you look them up they also have 360 look a like.... however their "wolf" series have interesting phallic headstock design.

Yeah, I'm with you there Paul. They are hideous. If you are going to copy the guitar why not go all the way and copy the tailpiece? What's another couple of years in jail for copying that too?
