Apart from the toasters, what's the difference?

The 350 has the "R" tp and schaller tuners, the V63 has the Trapeze tp and Kluson RI tuners.

There must be at least 3 other differences that I am not aware of.

WAS there a 350/12? I thought they were strictly 6-string. The 350v63 has more spaced-out pickups and 21-frets versus 24, I think those are the most obvious differences visually. Then there's higains vs. toasters, headstock shape, body carving on the inside, blah blah.

Think of the old 350 as the 'modern' version, and the 350v63 as a kind of 'reissue,' with associated details.

I think these were recently discontinued, or put on hiatus, though.

That's a v63, not a regular 350.

Ah...my mistake. You said, "350/12", and the V63 is a 350/12...
