The extra k at Jeff's post is probably a typo, but Chanukah, Hanukah, Hannuka, etc... are all wrong anyway...
In Hebrew we say it חנוכה
Which is: Chanuka, the "Ch" can't be pronounced in English and it sounds like the "j" part in San-Jose spoken by a Spanish person, or like the "ch" part of "Loch-ness" pronounced by a Scottish person.

Neither!

The three most common spellings are either Chanukah, Chanukkah or Hanukkah: חנוכה‎

As Joey said - however it is spelled I am wishing a happy ONE to the Jewish contingent of Rick-dom out there. A little light and redemption wouldn't hurt the rest of us either!
