SKB Customer Service

There are very few companies around besides RIC that I would say have great customer service. SKB is right up there with RIC. Especially in these times where the economy is lousy, you would think companies wouldn't let their customer service go in the gutter...but they do!

I just returned from the SKB factory because of an issue with a case. Let's just say they went way above and beyond any help I expected them to give me. It wasn't the first time that they were so helpful to me.

Thanks so much to the SKB case company, especially Ricardo, for being so helpful! :D

Thanks Joey....stories like that are great to hear anytime, but even more so during the current economic situation our country is facing. Merry Christmas.

I haven't had much success with SKB when trying to get a 330 case key. They said to go to the place where you bought the case.

Joey, they must have a different staff for dealing with retail customers than they do for their OEM customers.

However I find it disappointing to hear about different levels of satisfaction for different types of customers. I guess that in my circumstance, I should be very pleased that I'm in the retail customer category.
