I'm on hold with the NY DoTF, and their hold muzak sounds an awful lot like a Rick 12 playing melody... anyone ever sit on hold with them and hear this? The USA number is 1-518-457-2961 if you want to try it. They're picking up right away, though, I'm only getting on hold after being transferred to another department.

On an unrelated note, the initial automated outgoiong greeting when you call the MA DOR is absolutely hilarious.

Not really as I specialize in CA state taxes, not NY or MA. However, a headhunter from the MA DOR recently contacted me; said I was referred by a former colleague.
