Why are you downplaying your amp? You have a SUPER Redhead, not just the plain, old, garden variety Redhead!

I had one of those back in the day, great sounding amp.
How much is my commission?

Shipping is probably going to be monstrous don't you think? If I was in the market I'd probably still bite thouh.

Mark - maybe. Of course, I can do local pickup too.
How loud are these? What's the weight?

Loud enough - 350 watts,

though I've noticed complaints that it can blow speakers. Mine has been in hibernation with a suspected blown speaker...

The word is that using a compressor to filter out peaks puts a stop to this, but that's all beyond my simple knowledge base...
Reasonably portable but weighs around 40 kg or 90lbs.

Thank goodness for the casters!

On the flipside, the shell is industrial strength. You'll need to run it over with a truck to dent it.
The tone is pretty darn cool and flexible. The native tone is warmer than my little GK without being muddy. The eq is simple to use, and you can cover a lot of bases, but this may not be an amp for metal (not that it's your favoured genre).
For the $, I think Marc's is a
great deal.

John, it weighs about 80 lbs. and does get pretty loud; I would suggest better drivers though, maybe those newfangled NEO ones to cut the weight down some. The price is a no-brainer.

At one time I weighed it at 85lbs.Loud? We blew out the glass on the db tester before we got a reading (j/k).I highly recommend it if one likes an SVT but not the hernia that comes with it .
The thing I like about it is I have the hard cover for the front. With that on you could probably drop it off a building with no damage
It's a great amp. I just like my Mark Bass more

JB, I was thinking, if you're at all interested, I could throw it into the car when I go to Bklyn(which is about 2-3 times a week). You take it, rock it and see if it works for ya.

Just bumping cuz I listed it on Ebay. If anyone here still wants it, for you guys it's still $600, and I'll ship if you can have it picked up by your shipper.
