It is really rare to see Rickenbackers when compared to Fenders, PRS, Gibsons, etc.
BUT when I see a RIC I smile and watch..

So do you have any Rickenbacker video links to share?
I'm interested no matter who or what kind of music they're playin'.

Thanks for anything that comes to mind :D

BTW it's great to back at the Forum - it's been awhile.

I can't wait for their debut album to be released. Some Rickenbacker action in the video.

Hey thanks gellkeller,
That was great.
That's what this forum is all about - great music with Rickenbackers - thanks for turning me on to them.

A rare performance of Pete Townshend performing James Brown's "Shout and Shimmy" in 1965:

Ahh, Annie Haslam. Those videos are pretty horendous in quality, but Renaissance was a great band if you like that sort of thing. And I did. John Camp's white bass now dwells in the Pascoe cave. Wonder what became of the Jetglo one?

johnallg,
Nice looking Bass but _Please tell me about that Vox amp?_
Is that a tweed covering??

Jake and Jeffrey,
Thanks for those links. Love that Ric Pete Townsend is playin' and the Renaissance clips were great! I haven't heard that for ages.

The VOX is one of those Heritage AC15 anniversary amps. It may still be at POTR if you are interested in buying it. :D

Kevin, that was at MARF this year. That is the Jon Camp bass Paul speaks of and Dave Pascoe owns. I was actually plugged into an EBS combo IIRC. Impressive amp too. Photo courtesy of JPS, BTW. Thanks, Jeff.
