Thanks everyone.

We've just returned after a very pleasant lunch at a local winery. The food was so good we just might have to go back again real soon !!!!

Woody, yes, we are still in the new home. We've been trying to sell since August but the market here has virtually stopped, courtesy of the "Global Financial Crisis". As much as I would like to do another, we are quite happy here. I even went out and took up a casual job to help fill in the time: the cash is nice as well.
