I was looking on that site ioffer.com and they have guitars listed as actual Rickenbacker 360 and 330s but they aren't. the tail piece and pickups are totally different and they are only like $350. I don't see how someone can get away with listing something as a Rickenbacker when it clearly isn't I hope no one gets scammed on that. Anyone ever seen anything like this?
Also, I'm still looking for a decent jetglo 360 for around $1000 if anyone has one they'd like to sell. dosen't have to look great just as long as it plays great and is the real deal. a Ric case would be nice too. i'm not too picky
thanks!

Yup, the site is ********. But since fake RIC ads are often removed, I've preserved a couple here... for comic value if nothing else.
Rickenbacker green 350 V63 Liverpool *New* GOOD AAA+++ $268.00
Rickenbacker red 350 V63 Liverpool W/Case *New* $260.00
Interesting that both ads for TRCs say: This listing has been removed or is no longer available.

I guess you mean the dude in the top had & shades with the cheese-eatin' grin on his face, perhaps ?

Yeah, interesting to see Slash in that video.

Yeah, interesting to see Slash in that video.
Now I admit that I'm not exactly too hip regarding R'n'R history after ...oh...say, 1975ish, but I do seem to remember hearing that name around. Is or was he a known guitar smasher back in the day?

Jim, Slash is the more flamboyant of the two original guitarists from the band Guns N' Roses.
I just showed Graham the picks of those Fakenbackers. He said they looked like "Salvador Dali versions of Ricks".
