Sandy Coast - We'll meet again (1966). This is not their best work by far. The songs 'Just a friend', 'True love, that's a wonder' and 'Capital punishment' are much better, but I couldn't find video's of those songs with Rics in them.

Kayak - Starlight Dancer (1975). Kayak is a symphonic rock group, they were quite big in the 70's. This video is from TopPop, a tv-show.

Re: Rickenbackers in Dutch videos
Boilersuit is my band indeed:) Thanks!
I have to confess that you see a 4005WB, but you hear a Gibson '76 Bicentennial Thunderbird. The amp is right though...

I'm glad you admit the bass you hear is wrong.Chris P wrote: I have to confess that you see a 4005WB, but you hear a Gibson '76 Bicentennial Thunderbird. The amp is right though...
Re: Rickenbackers in Dutch videos
Well, a '76 Thunderbird with it's single coil sounding pick ups is very close to the first Rickenbackers. Neck through, mahogany. I guess you have to love that
Re: Rickenbackers in Dutch videos
I do Chris. It just needs some reshaping, but we made an appointment for that.Chris P wrote:Well, a '76 Thunderbird with it's single coil sounding pick ups is very close to the first Rickenbackers. Neck through, mahogany. I guess you have to love that
