Does anyone know how to rewire a 340 so that the middle pickup volume is controlled by the little knob only(blend or what ever they call it)? I want to be able to have control over the middle pickup only, not how it is currently wired with the neck pickup. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

Thank you for the welcome, I appreciate it! As well as for the info in the post previous. I haven't looked inside the guitar yet, but I hope that info does apply to the 340 as well. Thanks guys!

I've always thought it would be cool to wire up a three pickup Rick so one could either have standard Rick type sone and volume controls, then at the flick of a hidden switch somewhere (without drilling into the body, of course!), be able to have five way Strat type switching. I have no idea how to accomplish this. I also do not presently own a three pickup Rick, but that could always change.

I have a 370 / 12 i did the iiipopes tonemod plus toaster pups .
Go to the Rickenbacker int. forum search iiipopes tone mod
With pushpull switch in place of the little knob pickup selector switch up and pushpull up .
You have the middle pickup only and volume is controlled by the bass volume knob
I would check it out my 370 / 12 sounds great
