I'd have to go with:
The Ultimate Collection -- The Who
Forty Licks -- The Rolling Stones
1962-1966 and 1967-1970 -- The Beatles
Anthology Through the Years -- Tom Petty
The Ultimate Collection -- The Kinks
The Essential -- The Byrds

Since we're not narrowing it down, I'll take every compilation ever.

Not yet, but being on a desert island would give me the chance to listen to 'em all, at least. As long as there's a CD player. Or some sort of pre-loaded iPod with a battery that'll never go bad.
