This is a little acoustic ditty that's out of the "norm" for what I usually write. No Ricks! But there is a Stella. It appears on my 2nd CD -'JOYBOMB' which is predominantly industrial/rock sounding stuff. The theme of the CD is heavy & dark overall, and this last song is a little ray of light offered up as an optimistic palate cleanser. The CD version is longer and mono, and is mixed to sound like it's coming through an old Victrola horn. This is a shorter version, but features the full frequency stereo sound. Thanks to Tom Shiben for suggesting that I post this tune.

Wow stereo! - and I could hear with my deaf ear!!!! I hope that means my cold has cleard up and I'm not at the end of the wire. Either way (mono or stereo) the effect of the old wax tubes or the old hand crank Victrola still works...as a departure a great tune... and again - love the concept in the lyrics... Harmonies are fun!

Wow.. those lead vocals are almost subsonic Reminds me of the Man in Black.... How'd you get that vocal range Mark?

So many ways I could go in answering your query, Evan. Witticisms referring to Botoxing one's nether-regions come to mind, but this is a "Family Strip," so I'll let it go.

Actually, my range is naturally a little low, so it's a further stretch for me to hit the high notes. I don't practice singing nearly enough. The voice is definitely like any other muscle in that it gets weak when dormant.
