It's not exactly cheap, either. I'm surprised they get away with making them, given the way copies are removed off e-bay!

Here is old electra copy on Ebay Bolt on neck but looks good enough to get the lawyers working!

Someone is going to get a quick education on what trademark violation is and discover how the word "enforcement" relates to the protection of intellectual property.

I can't find the Rick copies on the Indie site anymore.... hmmmm.

They used a different headstock shape so it's OK. Right?

I had the oppertunity to play one of these indie basses at a local giutar shop , and I have to say it does not compare to the original in feel or sound. It feels flimsy and cheap.
