OK, I got it now. Thanks. It was just a momentary lapse in the Matrix, I guess
I guess his guitar is supposed to represent the Liberty Bell. I find it rather pretty at that. I wonder who made it, looks like a Yamaha logo.

I think It's a Lyon and Healy from the 1920's
