330 in Repose

Had a lazy day today, spring break's winding down so I thought I'd snap some shots of my prized posession, a 1993 330.
RIC really knocked one out of the park with this Fireglo. Of course, the digital camera I'm using has altered the shading a bit, but for the most part the blood-red color is accurately represented. Apologies for any blurriness, I'm new to Rickenbacker photography!

No problem!

To become an expert at photographing Ricks, it is a good idea to practice with lesser models, say a Gibson or Fender, for example

. One you start getting a handle on the subtleties of posing and lighting you should think about
moving up to Ibanez and, perhaps, SX or Yamaha

. Once the technique has been perfected, you can finally gently lay your Ricks on that soft, satiny background material for some sensual posing sessions.

Rickenporn??
Stan - the fretboard is what first drew me to this one - plus the fact that it was the first Rickenbacker I'd ever played!

Dan,
Great finish on that one and as for the fretboard shot - gotta love that wave of grain. Thanks for sharing.
