OMG....That's hilarious!
....And it's even funnier to think that somebody got paid to write that awful jingle and perform it..... You're right, there are some things that just should not be sung about.

I think there's no such thing as "worst commercial song". They're all worst. Albeit... well, i still remember that first (or one of the first) TV ads in USSR. That was funny. Incredibly stupid, but funny. (It's about a fan/ventilator factory.)
Not to counterpoint this thread's intent but it did get you to write about it. Isn't that the purpose of jingles.......to get you to remember for better or for worse? (He-he). But yeah, I agree with you. Musically, it's a wasteland out there in Commercialville. Peace, out.......Goofyfoot.
