I've got a good friend who is going to sell his Ampeg pr1832he and his SVT PRO IV

Just wondering if anyone has any sort of experience with either / both of these (with a Rick playing through them of course)? I'd try them out, but he's 400 miles away. I know they are in excellent shape and well taken care of. He is asking $1000 for the set. Not being up on prices (and I think these are both out of production) is that a good value for them?

That sounds like a great price on the set; keep in mind just how heavy this is, maybe that is why the price is so attractive.
