We have the "Munich Repair Shop" here (www.guitars.de), Stefan Zirnbauer is a master luthier, also an authorized Martin Repair Service. Give him a call.
You may also try http://www.oldenburger-music-station.de/ , they have a lot to do with vintage Ricks, they surely know a luthier workshop able to help you.

I can recommend a very good master luthier, who is not specialised in vintage guitars, but who will be able to help you with anything you like, trust me:
