I can't believe I have to sell! new 360 JG w/ vintage case

We just got news from Italy that my Father in-law is not doing well at all.
I need to fly Myself and family to Italy pronto. This is going to be expensive. Over $5000.00.
I can't believe I just finished this project and I'm going to have to sell her. My family is certainly more important than my guitars but it hurts
to sell her but I just don't have a choice.
I will probably put her up on ebay unless someone here is interested.
Geez, I've got over $2300 in her not to mention
alot of time.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
I was really digging this new guitar. I'm absolutely in shock over the prices to Italy.
I guess when you buy in advance you really do get a better break.
This is going to be more like $6000 for the family just to get over there and back.
Life can throw some real twists your way at any time.

Sorry for your situation, I hope it works out for the best. My dad just had cancer surgery 2 weeks ago today and I almost had to drop all to be there. $1800 is a more than fair price, maybe a well to do forumite could buy it off of you and let you buy it back later. If I had the dough, I would, I've done it before for friends who were in jams before. Good luck, and our prayers and wishes are with you.

I'm very sorry to hear about your Father-in-law, Kevin. Hope everything goes OK.
A damned shame that you have to sell the Rick to help finance the trip but you've certainly got your priorities right.

Sorry to hear that you have to give it away, Kevin, is this the one you recently changed toaster covers on to the high gains ? You put so much heart and soul in this project !
