Recommended Repair/Set-up Near Boston?

Hi Folks: Any good recommendations in the area? I know Jim Mouradian (an he's excellent in many ways), but in discussing Rick basses, he mentioned that higher action will allow the neck to produce its own relief, suggesting that he's not entirely on-board about the "needs to be dead flat" concept.
Thanks!
