Is there any way to find a neck for these? I have one that got busted in shipment.

It is in dispute with the credit car company and I am hoping to get my money back since I ordered a guitar that was supposed to be almost mint and I gets to me with a broken neck. I hope I wont have to worry with it. And hope to send it back to the seller
