Anyway, there is a serious subject here, What do people like in the way of equipment racks?

I'm looking to get something like two 4 space racks, just to get the weight of the pieces down to something reasonable to lug around. I don't need something that will survive the gorillas at the airport and such as I'll be lugging these around myself. But, I don't want something so cheap it'll fall apart if it gets bumped either.

So, what are you guys using?

I like the SKB cases with o-ring lids (front and back). Quite sturdy and lightweight.....have served me well for years.

I've also used Calzone brand cases which are like traditional Anvil flight cases. The quality is excellent but the extra weight wasn't appreciated.

I have a SKB 6 space and 2 space I'll part with for cheap if you are interested (I'm currently using a 3 and a 4 space so the other two are spares).

+1 on the SKB cases. I have two 4 space racks and one 2 space rack.

Now that NE Ohio has checked in what does the rest of the country have to say?

Photo 7 shows why, and I don't mean the young lady. My Ampeg SVT-2 Pro weighs 80 unbalanced pounds and wheeling it around is a lot easier then hefting it.

I've had great luck touring with SKB cases. Never failed me once.
