Kosmoslavians at Yurtstock

Well, PW3 was invited to play, but we couldn't make it due to other commitments...I had a gig Saturday with George Inai here in town, among other things...but it seems Yurtstock 2009 was a soggy success. Our friend Chris Pearson, who was the bass player in the legendary Denver band the Czars, puts on this festival every year on his family's land down in the southern part of the state...several bands played this year, including a reunion of Andy Monley's amazing band, Jux County. The following clip was put up on youtube by Chris, and features our buddy Eric Alstad's band, the Kosmoslavians...that's Eric on squeezebox, and the wild horn-blowing character is Rick Benjamin, PW3's trombonist:
