Lennon 325??

Hey, I've allways wanted a 325 like lennons ( jetglo,bigsby,burns ,bowtie ect.), but I dont know which is the best way to go?
I could get a c64 and put a gold trussrod cover and pick guard on and all the correct hardwear , even though it would be much thinner than lennons.
Or I could try to find a 325c58 JG and put the Bigsby,burns and Bowtie on
OR I could try to find someone selling a Lennonized 325 with all the Right parts?

Please if anyone has Any advice !!!!!!

AND if anyone out there Does have one and would accect a trade and Payed diffrence I have a brand new 355 ( with accent) If any one is entrested PM me.

My advice is to just keep your eyes peeled for all of the above. Keep scouring online and checking the forum until something comes up. If you do find a c58 That you want to customize, there are several experts here who can assist you with that. They do pop up from time to time, but they are scarce and demand is high. Best situation would be to find one that's already been competently converted at distress sale prices, but that will take some dedicated sleuthing. Good luck! :)

I personally wouldn't mod a 325c64 or 325v63. An older 320 might be the most economic way to go.

Another option would be to find a 325v59, remove the upper pickguard, make a new lower to reflect the different knob spacing on Lennon's. Swap the tuners if you really want to go to town. Different wood, but the 59's body thickness would be a bit closer to Lennon's than the 320 or other 325 models (except of course the c58).

Or as suggested, find a 325c58--they do pop up from time to time for a good price if you've got the money ready to spend and you're prepared to act fast. It'll cost about $200 to cosmetically mod the c58 model (Bigsby, Bowtie, and Burns)--but everything else on the c58s is as close as you can get to Lennon's in a production guitar (there are still differences--the fretboard is the wrong material, and there are lost of theories about the wiring harness on Lennon's).
