Finally got them home earlier in the week, so here they are!

The Transonic 70 (which for some reason has Trem, reverb, fuzz)

And the B-115 head.

I can't get over how good the B-115 and the 30" speakers sound. What a warm, rich, full sound from the 30. Not flubby at all. The B-115 is LOUD. Strangely loud.... it keeps up with an SVT nicely. I couldn't be happier!

Cool!

Now all you need to complete the look on that T-70 is one of those elusive little "notes":

Wanna sell me yours?

While on the subject.. I take it no one has one of these lying around they'd be willing to part with?

Can I have one of your knobs? I might need a spare for my 4001 in case I ever break one and it looks like a perfect match.

I sold the one in the pic to Dr Bob for his Transonic 200 head. Unfortunately, the T-100 note turned out to be a bit larger than the size of the standard T-200 note (search for a thread for more info if you're interested); however, as far as I know, it's the best Bob could find and he still has it. These things are rarer than rare.

Tell you what.... see if you can't find me one of these Rickenbacker music note logos, and I'll trade ya. :D

FYI, and assuming my memory is intact, Transonic 70's didn't come with the note logo and it would be non-original to the model. I would be surprised if the screw holes are there.

Kevin: Thanks for this great documentation. If you get the time I would love to have you enter these amplifiers in the Register along with the photos.

How about I take some better pictures, and then I'll register them?
