I wonder if any footage exists of John doing a harmonica overdub for "Rocky Raccoon", it would be nice if there was footage of John playing harmonica with the Beatles for the last time.
The footage that's the focus of this thread was recorded for a TV show called "Music!"...apparently George didn't play at all during this session after Paul pi**ed him off about improvising licks during the early sessions for "Hey Jude"...according to some, George eventually wound up playing bass when the session moved to Trident studios.
For the record, my avatar is from this footage (as seen from the "Anthology" DVD set)

Maybe...but I don't think he was a big gearhead either. Once he found something he liked, he seemed to stick with it. Now George...he liked his variety.
