There was no historian in 1969? That was incredibly short sighted of them.

Up until about 10 years ago, we had the CBS coverage of the moon landing on 2" tape. Some idiot pitched it....

Whether they're lying or telling the truth I'm pretty sure this means we deserve our tax dollars back in compensation for the lack of competence.

Since when did a lack of competence in anything to do with the Government mean you'd get something good in return?
