From our first photoshoot...unedited but I like how his hair looked in this one.
It's funny, I see so many videos of kids on the internet playing guitar. My kid plays ok but, what I am most proud of with my son is his creativity. Hopefully by the time we go into the studio in two weeks, everything recorded will be solely his material.

That's a great pic, Marc. The B&W gives it a kind of "Cavern Club" feel.

Wish I'd had a promoter like you at that age. Heck, I still do!

Marc,
all I can say is, you're doing a great job. You are a
very cool Dad.
My old man still thinks guitars are kid's play and a waste of time.

My Dad
hated rock 'n' roll and all things hippie but he bought me my first electric guitar anyway. He also provided me ways to earn money for the next several. That's the definition of cool in my book.
However, he drew the line at accompanying me on bass.

Marc: There is no greater feeling than having the satisfaction of "passing it on." These are memories that will resonate for the rest of his life. A hallmark moment to be sure. Well done.

ok, now I have to reveal my true motivation. My son is extremely inspired by music, and wants to see every band when they come around on tour. I told him we would save a lot of money if we could get on the bill them
but on a serious note, the support I get here and on other sites tells me I'm doing the right thing. my father, while he showed up at gigs once in a while, always felt it was a "phase" I was going through.

Excellent.
I need a room like that so the kidlet can play.
She only wants to play in her room where no one can see her.
