What Model is this Fender amp?

It is in a local auction(ends in 2 hours).Just wondering if anyone here knew what it is and what it might be worth.Thanks!

Yep. Recent vintage, not really collectible.

I tried one of those out in a GC with my Rick acoustic, thought it had a great sound. Tried other makes, not so good.
