My band mates I are working out this tune. Would like your thoughts on the tone and melody of my Ric 360/12. The Ric is going though a JB and DanEcho preamp and to board. Vocals are being worked on

Chap, great tune... very catchy. I like it, there is a cool looseness to the vocals as they sit now. But that's just my opinion.

I'm hearing traces of the Go-Betweens, Kula Shaker, Kinks, and Peter Koppes. Oh yeah, a bit of Beatles in that tone too.
Cool vibe to the song! Nice job indeed.

Nice one. I like it--the guitar parts sound good and move it right along. Keep polishing those vocals and harmonies and you've got a keeper there.

Cool little ditty there, but the 12-string guitar line is hard to hear in the mix. (for me, anyway - could be the headphones I'm using) From what I can make out it sounds like a nice line, but I wish I could hear it more prominent in the mix, not only in volume but tonally as well. It sounds a little thin, and I notice you're getting quite a bit of buzz from the track. Maybe mixing the JB + DE preamp track with a slightly compressed direct signal would help bring out the body more.
Nice job! Looking forward to the finished result.
