I think their "Thirteen" album is just spectacular. So underrated!

Seeing that video of "The Concept" brings back lots of memories from my college years. I used to play the daylights out of both the Bandwagonesque and the Thirteen albums. I still count Bandwagonesque as one of my all-time favorite albums. For those not familiar with it, I would highly recommend picking up a copy.

One of the best concerts I ever attended was Teenage Fanclub at Lee's Palace here Toronto circa Febuary 1994. The club was packed, the band was in a great mood, and they finished by doing Goody Goody Gumdrops. Fantastic.

I can see that I missed quite a few good things in rock'n'roll while I was out playing folk music. I like "I Don't Want Control of You" very much, and the harmony during the choruses of "The Concept" is refreshing to hear. These guys were really good.
