Yeah, I know SCARF is on Saturday August 22nd, and I'll be there all day!

My band, Los Mysteriosos, is featured on a new compilation CD of Long Beach bands and the CD release party is that night. $10.00 cover gets you into 4 different Long Beach bars that night to see the various bands, and you get a free CD!

Gig was great!

I was tired after the day at SCARF ( I was there from about noon until close to 8:00, then had to unload the Rics I brought to the Confluence to show, load up my amp and gear, and be at the bar by 9:30 for the 11:00 set); but I was also feeling all "Rickengeeky" after the fun day (to borrow a term from another thread), so..........I brought out my PW Lightshow conversion for the first time at a live gig... wow!

I felt like a baseball player with all of the cell phone camera's going off when it started lighting up. I hope someone sends one to me so I can post it.

I only played it on the first 2 songs of the set because I didn't want it to lose it's shock value, but I'll definitely do it again.
