Frying Pan in Guitar Player ...called a 'Regal'?

Just noticed a Frying Pan on page 22 of September's Guitar Player listed as a '35 Regal.
What gives? Is this an error or a gap in my early Ric knowlede?
And the Frying Pan had a proto scalloped neck... how cool is that!
