I found these on a vintage guitar website these guiatrs are from the 60's and 70's from Japan and asia They copied everybody's designs back then

Ric, can you give us a link to the instrument in question? If it's the one I'm thinking of, I've seen it too, both in a local GC, and in a discussion here. It is interesting but I don't think the Schecter bass of which you speak is actually an infringement, to the best of my knowledge. I actually kind of liked it!
The guitar pics you posted above may be a different matter.
Ric, can you give us a link to the Schecter instrument in question?

The top one looks like an overweight lp junior, and the bottom one just looks like pure garbage. Well in all fairness, they both look like pure garbage.
These threads are starting to get a bit old, dontcha think?..

Gary, that listing is still up, but now it is "nothing," described as "nothing," and has a starting bid of .99!
