My apologies guys but I just stumbled into this forum... Been a member for years but have usually only been going to the basses and marketplace section.

Just wanted to say that I absolutely agree with everyone here who's a fan! I have been forever... So much so that when I got the opportunity to buy one of Howie's basses that I did. Sorry, not the faux Ric though... But I am really happy that I got the following:

Sorry, not in my lifetime! One thing that's REALLY cool about the old Wal case that this came in is that Howie had actually written his name and address right on it so it's almost like I've got an autographed bass (even if it's on the case)!

Hey if any of you are in Toronto, you're more than welcome to give it a try... Well, once it gets back from California where I sent it for a week or so to have some work done on it!
