Well, I've been wanting a 4004 for quite a while and jokingly told my wife that she should get me one for our 10th Anniversary, since North Coast Music has a couple in stock.....I got an email payment confirmation that she forwarded to me. Getting a new 4004 FG. What a great woman!!

All I have is the stock photo but can't figure out how to post them here.

I'm not quite so lucky, I usually say, "Hey, look at this, I'd really like to have this bass!" Whereupon she says, "OK, get it!"

As for pics, when you are entering a reply or such, look below the area where you type in the message. There's a tab for upload attachment. That will let you browse to a directory on your computer and select the pictures to upload. The pics have to be something like max. of 1200 x 1200, so you may have to resize them if they are too big. Lots of us can help with that if you need it...

That's kinda what happened to me. She blurted out that I'm getting it as soon as she heard the price. I didn't even get a chance to say anything.

Over the years, I've found that if I buy her something about a month in advance of when I want something, there's not even a discussion about it. It's just, "if you want that, get it."

I just put a deposit down on some jewelry for her and she's excited as hell so maybe I'll be picking up a 400xFL JG that I hope to cross paths with soon.

Congrats on the 4004L, Scott. It's beautiful.
