Yep, that's definitely Ringo. I like the "Rubber Soul" album cover effect at 25 ms. The scientist who thinks it's George Harrison is off his rocker, no pun intended. The schnozz on the face can only be Ringo's; George's nose is much more refined! :D

I'd have to argue that 24-26 ms is Pete Townshend.

I might have to agree with you on that one. Moptop aside, one of those frames reminded me of Pete's image from the "Face Dances" poster.

Even with the moptop, add a turtleneck to the bottom of 26 ms, and you have early Who PT. :)

Looks like most of the photos of Ringo on the Hard Day's Night cover.

Well, its comforting to know that Science can side track efforts for the cures for cancer, aids, heart attacks and erectile dysfunction, so that the all out effort can be put into "researching water repellant leaf behavior" ....

However, my great faith in the almighty was strengthened by that last paragraph, in this same article in the Telegraph (with the below link): "Strange apparitions have been making the news a lot lately. Last month an image of Jesus Christ was spotted on the door of the men's toilets in a Glasglow branch of Ikea." :?

I wonder if the reclusive Ringo will agree to an interview with James Dacey, the reporter for Physics World magazine who scooped the entire news industry with this earth-shattering story on the water droplets....
