Yep, that's definitely Ringo. I like the "Rubber Soul" album cover effect at 25 ms. The scientist who thinks it's George Harrison is off his rocker, no pun intended. The schnozz on the face can only be Ringo's; George's nose is much more refined!

I'd have to argue that 24-26 ms is Pete Townshend.

I might have to agree with you on that one. Moptop aside, one of those frames reminded me of Pete's image from the "Face Dances" poster.
Even with the moptop, add a turtleneck to the bottom of 26 ms, and you have early Who PT.
