I think the intro can throw one off. At about the 35 second mark, the electric wailing morphs into a cover of the Beach Boys "I Get Around," which was definitely in the US and UK top 50.
I have, however, not a clue as to who or what is covering this tune.

In case anyone is in doubt, this is not an official release - just a well-known band, jamming on a song by another well-known band. (I had to come up with something in a hurry, and this was the first thing I found to meet the criteria.)
