I believe this singer is from Vancouver and I have a album with Hal Ketchum and voice seems familiar so possibly Lisa Brokup

Not even sure why I think it - is it Texas, or the singer from that band - Sharlene Spiteri?? not sure of the name...

That was quick Roy.............I expected this to be a bit difficult. Yes it is Lisa Brokop. Note the spelling of her last name
