I posted this in the 'Fretless' thread, but I thought I'd put it here, too...opening cut off our 1998 release, "The Perry Weissman 3", which was voted one of the top 20 CD's by a Colorado band for that year by 'Westword' (featurin' me '74 4001Fl):

You're probably right, Jeff. And this song is the perfect soundtrack for it.

Love it, Dane! Very unique to the arena of typical Rickenbacker recordings. Love the horns. This tune would make a great soundtrack to a very weird, surreal day.

Thanks, Mark...I don't want to boast, but we've got weirder ones...we've constantly joked that our best shot at fame and recompence would be some kind of crazy soundtrack gig...
So, does anyone here know Jim Jarmusch?

Absolutely! He was just on 'Bored To Death' as himself a few weeks ago. So far I've seen 'Stranger Than Paradise' 'Down By Law' 'Night On Earth' and 'Midnight Train' all in theaters. One of my favorite bits is the "I scream, You scream, we all scream for Ice Cream!" from DBL.
So are you about to make a John Lurie reference?
