Healthy, happy, and safe holiday (even if you are from countries that don't celebrate on this day). I am always thankful for all the friends I've made on here through the years.

Tony knows!!
I do something different for Thanksgiving. Today it's manicotti, that I made from scratch to go with the turkey.
I do definitely make lasagna for Christmas to go along with a roast beef, ham or what ever the main meat dish might be. Yes main meat. There always has to meatballs, Italian sausage and brasciole to go with the lasagna, which comes after the antipasto.
One of the trays of manicotti.
