Well, lacking a time machine, I thought perhaps some might be interested in the sale for this year,

Seriously though--with the discount, I just picked up a MIM Standard Telecaster for $399--I don't know what they were going for last year, but I know they were selling or $349 new in 2004, so I'm pretty happy.

OTOH, I do know some of the MIAs have gone up considerably in price over the past few years.
