A bit of a change vs a dead December.

Today I learned of a 2 nighter for Jan. 15, 16 at a dingy l'il dump that always is a fun gig.Some peeps there really put on the lamp shade.

Hope they don't have chicken wire in front of the stage.

First off, they'd have to have a stage.

Jan 4 @ Mo's---------Dead few and unenthused drunk men. No ladies
Jan 9 @ Johnny's On 2nd---------Lively appreciative crowd plus an old friend/bandmate wandered in with friend and wives.

Dingy dump 2 nighter went well, but a sparse turnout.Those who were there were appreciative--and one gal got really lit and lap danced(clothed) one of the men there.She kept on drinking and got so falling down that they made her leave.

All I can say is that the human condition continues as such

Now back from Pinedale, what a fun mini-vacation.Beautiful countryside, but the snow is lacking this year.Very few wintersport tourists.And of course,COLD!
The Corral is a very nice club warm and cosy, good food and a great staff.Nice little stage, good sized dance floor.
The down side is that Wyoming still allows smoking indoors--maybe a necessary evil to keep a full house.
But it's going to take a while to get the stink out of anything I took inside,including my me.
I don't think that I'll go back before warmer weather,ergo doors and windows open for venting.

Today they cancelled, said that they were discontinuing entertainment for a while.

I wonder what's with clubs this month, our gig for 2-20 cancelled,but pushed us back to 3-20.

Another pushback! Uncle Barts pushed 3-12,13 out to 3-26,27.
Frrrrrrr.....we needed it as a tuneup for a better gig on 3-20.
