New Guy with an old Video

I was linked here by Richerd Bergstrom, a fellow FDP member. I have been on that site for 11+ years and try to hit all the Guitar sites I can, but I never knew about this one...so, HELLO!

I don't know if this was ever linked here, but I'll send it anyway.
Gordon Terry seemed to be a guy they didn't know what to do with. He shows up in Rockabilly, C/W, Swing...a good-looking guy who was looking for his spot.
I am not up on all the Ric models, but I do know that this one must have been one great piece to play.
The annoucer, Jay Stewart, was later on "Let's Make a Deal".

Welcome John,

I trust that you'll enjoy your time here. Our members are a pretty knowledgeable bunch about all things Rickenbacker especially. If you have any questions and you can't find an answer after using our search function just ask and I am sure someone will help you out.

Welcome John. That guitar is a 330F, which hasn't been made since the early 60's. A deeply coveted instrument.

Good to see you here John.

BTW, John does have in a round about way, a Rickenbacker connection; his Coronados were designed by Roger Rossmeisl.

this is the first time i've actually seen or heard a full body Ric being played. HOORAY!

I got so frustrated with videos of people just holding the instrument. Play the damn thing! gah.

Welcome John,

I'm another FDP'er who spends a lot of time over here. Really great group here and this forum has been my connection to some great jams.
