If you go here, then click on "E-mail janglebox". It is Steve's profile. memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=658 A PM will also work since he gets E-mail notification for PM's.

Rob, I have received no messages from you — I'm not suggesting you didn't send a message, I just haven't received any. I try to respond to every message I receive on this forum and others. Just an update on this.

Steve has offered to look at my JB and fix it free of charge should any of the components be found to be faulty.

Now that is customer service!
