Hi,
I see there's a classified section for " Non " Ric items..
I may be blind.. so.. : where is ( or is there? ) a classified section / forum to buy & sell Ric product ( guitars ) ?
I'm starting down the road to allocate some of my guitar stash fund.. for a Ric..
I've purchased most of my guitars used.. with careful shopping .. I've always found good guitars.. and have saved money.. which I need to do if I am to afford a Ric
I would rather shop amongs fellow Ric fans.. than just the local Craigslist.. if possible.
Thanks!
Mark

Thanks! I would swear that forum didn't show up on my scan when I looked earlier..
but dementia is a cruel thing!
I'll start to haunt the marketplace..
I haven't even really specifically chosen what I want.. whether a 330.. 360 or even a 620
and toasters.. HiGains.. etc. I have a lot to learn still..

What probably happened is that you were not "logged in" as an RRF member. When the general public is surfing the web, they do not have access to the 'Marketplace" section. Only logged in RRF-ers can access the Marketplace.
When you are logged in, the pages are a light blue shade. When you are not logged in, the pages are a pink-tan shade of color.
By the way, welcome to the RRF !

It all depends on how you want the pages to look Rich when im logged out the pages are pink and tan and when im logged in i prefer them blue. You can change your settings by going to user control/Board Pref/My board style/then set as desired.

i do agree with you though.

I recently registered, and I can log in and see the appraisals in the Marketplace, but nothing else.
Any ideas?

I believe you may have to have ten posts to your credit before the Marketplace topics show.

Ok, Cool. Kind of ironic to have less posts than you owned Rics. I guess I better get going. There ought to be some grace points per thousand hours logged on a rick.

While a criterion of 10 posts was discussed at one point, at the end of the day the number has been set at 100.
This number was increased due to our experience of having some new members taking advantage of the information provided by the Marketplace Forums.
We hope that this rule will assist us in minimizing such problems as we go forward.
