Gag me.

Then gag me twice because of Clapton's involvement. I thought he was way above that kind of schlepping...

Well if it was a Blackberry....................count me in. HTC cellular phones are junk in my experience. They cheek dial if you just look at them the wrong way, never mind about adding any pressure.

Got a friend who has an HTC. He keeps his phone in his back pocket. He refers to his accidental dialing as "butt calls". Cheek, butt, whatever :D

My newish (Jeez, that's funny...it doesn't look newish...) Blackberry is the butt-dialing champion of the universe, even though I carry it in my jacket inside a zipped-up breast pocket.

This morning, in the car, it not only butt-dialed a friend long-distance, but it somehow put her on speaker phone. Three times.

I'm going to back to a flip-type. I don't tweet anyway. I woof.

My Blackberry World is infinitely better than my old HTC was. But you do have to be careful about putting a death grip on them.

Personally I don't care about the Clapton factor................the phone looks like a Strat and I have a closet full of those babies. :D

I manage about 200 of our company phones. HTC makes about 40 different models and not all of them are touch screen.

I personally use an HTC Hero. I've never "cheek dialed" anyone but the Mrs has. It might have to do with the fact that I use a full headset (Motorola HT820) when I'm on the phone though. ;)

Anyway, I have about 25 Blackberrys, mostly Curves but some World and some other International version I forget.

Regardless, they both have pluses and minuses. In terms of deployment and administration, the Blackberry edges out only due to the backup features involved. Everything else seems pretty much the same or better for the Hero (Android). I've done limited testing on the Heros and we'll be moving more people to them soon enough. On some of our numbers, I can get those for $1. :)

I have used that guitar app shown above. Not bad for kids to strum with but it's nothing more than that, IMO. Bass, on the other hand, might have been a swell idea. ;)

Saw the ad for this the other day on TV. Just what we need - Two more things that have no relation to each other (phones and guitars).

I've had a Droid for about a month now...although I carry it in a belt case, it seems that it would be resistant to the butt dial syndrome. My first smartphone - been a die-hard flipper forever. This thing amazes me with what it can do - when I travel it's all I need to carry...mp3 player, navigation, email, and a really good phone.

I suppose this re-enforces my image as a geek.
